So many people who have questions will never darken the door of a church, so we must take the light to them.

I had a total of 408 copies of John’s Gospel, and in my lack of faith, I didn’t believe I would be able to hand out many in Truro, but to my surprise over two hours, I was able to hand out 368 copies of the Gospel.

It was perfect weather for open-air evangelism today - the sun was out; the sky was blue, and the temperature was pleasant. Due to the weather, I wasn’t surprised that the city centre of Plymouth was overflowing with people.

It has been a challenging few weeks in both ministry and family life, and sadly what happens is that evangelism can sometimes fall by the wayside.

At the end of the message, I challenged those who wanted to find out more about Jesus to come forward to take a free copy of the Gospel of John. Five people of different ages responded by making their way through the crowd to take a copy of the Scripture.
